We will assign our internal customer success lead who will be non-billable to the client who will oversee project success and work with you to align your long term and short term goals to project delivery and beyond.

Performance Metrics and OKRs

We will work with you to define performance metrics and OKRs which will be measured against during the course of the project to ensure project success and management reporting.
